Information on the processing of your personal data under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

1. Data controller
Personal data collected via the chlforklift.com.tr catalog and contact services may be processed by CHL Materials Handling / CHL Forklift as data controller.
2. Personal data processed
Depending on the service, the following data may be processed:
- Identity and contact: full name, email, phone
- Contact form content and related product information
- Email address shared for brochure requests
- Security logs: IP address, browser information, timestamp
- Site usage (after consent): page views and interaction data via Google Analytics
3. Purposes of processing
Your personal data is processed to:
- Respond to contact and quote requests
- Send requested product brochures by email
- Meet legal obligations and archive requests
- Analyze site performance and usage (Google Analytics, after consent)
4. Legal basis
Data may be processed based on your explicit consent, contract formation/performance, or legitimate interests (KVKK Art. 5). Explicit consent is obtained for the contact form and brochure request.
5. Transfers
Data may be transferred to hosting/SMTP providers required to deliver emails, in line with KVKK. Google Analytics (Google LLC / Google Ireland) may be used for site analytics; data may be processed on Google infrastructure. Your data is not sold to third parties.
6. Retention
Personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and applicable limitation periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may request information, correction, deletion, transfer details, and withdraw consent.
